About Us
As you may already know, we share a deep passion for both traveling and cultivating meaningful friendships. These two pillars are the foundation of our lives. Over the past five years, we have seized every opportunity to explore the world, traveling across all five continents. Whether on planned adventures or spontaneous escapades, many of these journeys have been shared with our cherished friends and loved ones. You mean the world to us.
On August 30th, we will be in Crete not only to embark on this new chapter of our married life but also to express our heartfelt gratitude to all of you for being part of our journey so far.
We are truly honored to have by our side our bridesmaids, Apostolopoulou Vassiliki and Lykotrafiti Maria, who have been Filareti’s friends since school years, and our best man, Benglides Dimitrios, who has been Nikos’ friend since college years. Together, we have shared countless unforgettable moments—both joyous and challenging—as individuals and as a couple. We are thrilled to welcome you into a new role as part of our journey: the “Koubaroi” chapter!

Wedding Schedule
We are very happy to invite you to the most important journey we are about to embark on—our wedding—on Saturday, August 30, 2025, in the enchanting city of Chania, on the island of Crete.
Although Nikos is originally from Chania, both of us have lived here and fallen in love with this special place. We are confident that you will also enjoy discovering its many treasures, and we warmly welcome you to do so!
Friday, August 29th

Saturday, August 30th
The big day!
Our wedding ceremony will begin at 18:00 at the Cave of Saint John the Hermit 730 06.
Feel free to take in the breathtaking views and refresh yourselves.
The wedding reception will follow at 20:00 at Fuerte Estate in Alikianos village.
i: Fuerte is one of the most popular avocado varieties, and in Spanish, it means “strong”!

Sunday, August 31st
To conclude our wedding celebrations and bring the summer to a close, we’ll be at Falassarna Beach on Sunday, August 31st, after a leisurely morning (likely following a night with little sleep!). This stunning beach, one of our favorites and ranked among Greece’s top 10 beaches, is the perfect place to relax.
We would be delighted if you could join us at Liokalyvo Sunbeds after 13:00.
Please note that we encourage you to explore the island, whether with or without us. All the events mentioned are optional. Our only request is that you kindly RSVP on the relevant page so we can make all necessary arrangements for you.
Thank you, and we look forward to welcoming you to Crete and sharing this incredible experience together!

Useful Information
ACCOMMODATION
To assist with your travel plans, we have compiled a list of hotels → Here
For the best experience, we recommend staying in the Old Town of Chania or in Nea Chora, both offering a lively atmosphere and easy access to local attractions.
The city of Chania is about 15 minutes from Chania Airport and 10 minutes from Souda Port (there is a daily connection to the port of Piraeus).
For those who prefer to stay closer to the wedding venue, the villages of Alikianos, Vatolakkos, Schinés, and Fournés offer a variety of Airbnb rentals and villas. You can find more options on platforms like Booking.com and Airbnb.
Since many accommodations in these villages may not be available online, we are collaborating with the real estate agency Crete Wise | Chania to assist you further in your search. Feel free to mention our names when contacting them. The Crete Wise team is also available via WhatsApp at +306980524803.
